We want your Hvóya order to reach you as smoothly as the moment you chose it. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where We Ship

We currently ship across Europe. If your country isn't listed at checkout, reach out to us — we're expanding regularly.

Processing Time

Orders are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. During peak periods or limited drops, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you informed by email.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders over €100.
For orders under €100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the order date, and may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier conditions.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves us, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can follow your pair from our door to yours. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs and Duties

For international orders outside the EU, your parcel may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. These are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier right away.
